I have to give a 2 star rating at this point in time. Out of 75 boxes that were moved from Florida to New York we still have 7 boxes missing. Our last name was on every box on every side of the box. We had a 8ft ladder we were delivered a 6ft ladder with someone else's invoice number. I asked Arnoff via email if the owners of this ladder had been contacted so that they could get their correct ladder and I got no response. Also, you have to pay prior to your items being unloaded for the delivery. We paid over 4K for a delivery based on the weight of the original 75 items/boxes and received only 68 boxes. If at some point in the next few weeks our personal property is returned, I will repost with a better review.
