We used Arnoff for a move from Lagrangeville back home to Buffalo NY. We had two different teams headed by Rob and they were both excellent. They took great care in packing and ensuring that all of our items arrived in our final location safely and undamaged. We also used their storage facility in Poughkeepsie until the final move, which was perfect. From getting an estimate via video/photo to arranging schedule logistics to the movers taking great care with our belongings. Long Distance from North to South, a new adventure for us and Arnoff and North American Van Lines played a big part in a smooth transition. From the initial estimating, Jeff Carle was patient, professional and took the time to explain the basics of moving. Debbie ensured that all paperwork was filed properly, dispersed to arnoff crating crews and driver. The driver and crew in both the loading and unloading locations were efficient, experienced and patient with our many questions. All furniture, boxes and yard things arrived undamaged and safely. The crews helped to place furniture and set up beds, to rest after a long week of moving. Arnoff and North American made a life changing event much less stressful and stayed in communication with us during the entire process!!!! Thanks to Jeff, Debbie, Diane, Driver Phil and crews for helping to make a dream come true!
