overall good, tense when I found out our closing might be delayed and it would cost so much extra per day. the packers were adequate, but one was not careful with the dolly and I asked him to slow down going down the stairs to avoid bouncing on each step. Everything else was perfect and I especially liked and respected the driver, Robert. He was a total professional at all times.
