Dutchess County, NY Review
I'm taking a few minutes to write a very favorable review for the services I received from Arnoff Moving and Storage. My move was a little complicated in that we moved out of one house and moved to two different locations, with storage services in between, one in Florida, and one in Dutchess County, New York. There was no confusion, no mixing up of the furniture and no problems with delivery. It was a worry free move and I recommend Arnoff without reservation.

What a great team we had with Arnoff. From the initial contact to the estimate to the actual move, it was so easy and stress free. Denise, our coordinator, answered any questions we had. Our driver was fantastic - arrived on time for pick up and everything went smooth. Our belongs arrived when promised and the driver even called me the day before to confirm. Off load was a breeze! Ours was a full home move from NY to GA and al went well.

Once the move began, it went off seamlessly. Your team clearly knew their business and handled the collection with great care and efficiency. The planning and execution of the move were flawless, from the construction of the shelving, to the temporary "sidewalks" to adapt to the hilly terrain, to the carts and equipment used to transport the books. The solution to use the front-loader crane to lift book carts out of the third floor barn doors and avoid the narrow stair case was inspired, not to mention impressive to watch in action. We just moved my Mom down to Southern Westchester County -- yesterday, in a snow storm. Ron, Chirs and Kevin left their homes very early and were at Mom's new home at 8 in the morning, barely ahead of the storm. The team was professional, helpful and very courteous. Everything was packed beautifully and everything arrived perfectly. I would definately recommend Arnoff .

Arnoff handled moving quite a large load of household goods, full of antiques and precious items, for me in the best possible way. Changing households and moving items into storage or 3000 miles is very stressful. Debbie in Customer Service is highly attentive and first rate, Mike in Disptach quick and responsive, and the entire crew made it seem to easy, although I know they worked extremely hard behind the scenes. I am a repeat customer. Please don't call anybody else for your needs, that would be unnecessary. Thanks, you guys!

I want to thank you and your team for the excellent service in our recent move on Wednesday. Foreman Robert Spadaccuni, R.J. and Dominick were excellent: fast, and professional. They were patient when we asked to move a few pieces, extremely efficient and resourceful when we had trouble fitting some pieces in the low doorways. We will definitely request them in the future.
