Excellent service
The movers were professional, courteous and friendly. We had file cabinets that needed to be moved also and the guys had not seen this type of rotating file cabinet previously. They were confident and figured out how to get them apart and moved them to a different office and reassembled them. Really great service, would definitely use them again.

The sales person was very good & Customer Service Rep (Deb) in Albany was excellent - this was first time long distance move for me & she answered all my questions thoroughly and made this move less stressful for me. The movers who took furniture and the movers who delivered in FL a month later were both very good.

Actually, they were the third or so company to quote our move & they beat one co. By like 2k!! I couldn't believe it & thought they had made a mistake... But it was what they charged, & they were on time, super nice.. And even spent a huge chunk if time trying EVERYTHING short of removing the bannister to get s huge boxspring up our impossibly steep stairs.. With out getting grumpy about it! How they got the 9 drawer oak dresser to tge master without any damage anywhere & no injuries is beyond me, so thumbs up from us :-)

The movers were extremely competent and courteous. They were at the site at the requested time and completed the unloading in a timely fashion. It was important that the job be completed at a particular time and they did so an hour before the specified time. This saved me money and I was truly grateful.
