When I called to get a quote to move our household goods to Maine I never expected to have such an easy experience.From the time the sales rep.came to our home to the time we said goodby to the driver and his helpers who unloaded our goods in our new home in Maine,it was magic.Todd our sales rep,Barb and Deb,our customer service rep's and Bernie our driver,everyone was extremely helpful.Every piece of furniture was wrapped and 90 plus boxes marked and nothing damaged or lost.I could go on but we don't plan to move again but if we do I have their phone number!Thank you Arnoff Moving and Storage,Albany,NY
Move with less stress
Moving is one of the most stressful events that you can experience. Arnoff Movers are so professional from A to Z it makes moving day managable. The quoted price is accurate (no surprises) office staff is so courteous and etremely attentive to every detail. The moving crew (we had Mike and Pete) were the best. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. They were fast and made sure all was done to our liking. As far as I'm concerned they are the only moving company I will ever deal with in the future. There are so many nightmare stories about moving companies that just the thought of moving doubles the stress factor. Arnoff in my opinion is the only way to go. I've moved several times and I regret not having found this company sooner. WTG Arnoff you bring respectability to the moving industry.
