You shouldn't ask for this
I am happy to fill out this survey - but I do not appreciate being made to make comments or answer every question. For instance - I don't know if Arnoff is a good value. I have not made comparisons - but in order to complete the survey I was forced to answer.

Painless Move
Everyone, including the estimater, the customer representative, the packers, the loaders, the driver, and the unloaders were courteous and made it easy for us. All schedules were met and nothing was broken. This is our eighth major move, but our easiest because of the efforts of the people at Arnoff.

From beginning to end, the moving experience was painless and professional. Denise was very pleasant and helpful. Driver James and his crew in NY and NC were professional and courteous. I will recommend Arnoff.
