Storage Unit move out
I hired Arnoff to move my storage unit from Brooklyn to my upstate NY apartment and I did not want to be present for the move out. They did an outstanding job in record time to get my unit emptied and closed out and delivered in one day. Movers were excellent and accommodating and customer service reps were wonderful. I highly recommend Arnoff, this is my 3rd move with them and would not hesitate to go back. We were lucky enough to have a team of guys that were timely, professional and organized from the start. They were hard-working, polite and professional! They made the day(s)a lot less stressful for us during the loading and unloading. Their names were Damien, Garrison, James, and Johnny. Arnoff should be very proud these guys represent the company. They deserve a raise!! Just a note: They did not have uniforms. I would recommend Arnoff Moving/Storage to anyone who needs to move. Thanks for doing a great job.

Excellent Service and Moving Experience! Thanks to Jose and his team we experienced a very smooth move. We did our own packing and unpacking. They efficiently moved our belongings including some valuable pieces - without a scratch. I strongly recommend them, and if we move again, we will definitely go with Arnoff!

This company I thought was reputable. They delivered a Storage pod to my home and said the pod was airtight and waterproof. This was not the case at all. I had an aunt infestation within the 45 days of having the unit. I will never recommend this company as they do not stand behind their word. The Infestation was horrific and all they could say was “Would you like another?”
Relocation
Fabulous crew on loading and delivery days. Very professional and efficient. Something is wrong with your survey. Do I need to write an encyclopedia to satisfy this field of the survey. I have tried to submit the survey several times and it is not accepted.
An Exceptional Moving Experience
The Arnoff team was very professional. I would give a particular shout out to the men who moved our possessions:Robert, Maurice, Sincere and Keith. They moved us very carefully and with deliberate speed. There was no damage to either home and none to our possessions. The men were extremely courteous and obliged any request we had. We were extremely pleased with the move and would recommend Arnoff and, particularly this crew, to anyone.
Local move
The estimate and the move itself was done very professionally. Came on time and packed everything very carefully. The best money spend and it took away the stress of moving.
Customer service to a tee
Customer service was great. Only 3 items broken in a whole house hold worth of goods. More time and patience could have been used while placing things in storage containers. Overall great service considering my needs.

Would be happy to use again.. affordable and experienced staff. Made it easy so we didn’t have a difficult move. This survey however is a tad bit annoying.

Everything went smoothly and according to plan. Very professional and polite. They are a little higher priced than others but sometime you get what you paid for and it’s better to be safe than sorry.
