My husband and I had an extremely positive experience with our move from CT to VT. Our actual movers were wonderful and went above and beyond the scope of our original agreement. They met me the next day in VT, and did an excellent job of placing our furniture, keeping their sense of humor despite four hours of sleep. When we experienced an issue with a piece of moved exercise equipment, the president of Arnoff actually returned my phone call. Mike Arnoff gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. He quickly resolved the issue. The Arnoff family should start another side business of teaching customer service seminars to other companies!
