This month’s edition of Experts in the Field coverssomeone who plays a key role when it comes to moving families.
Owen Harmon’s title is Driver’s Helper and Packer whichmeans most days he is on a household move, helping to pack and load the truckto help a family through the transition to their new home. Although focus is onhousehold moves and deliveries, the position of helper can be utilized in otherareas like helping in the warehouse or final mile deliveries.
Owen joined the A-Team last year, making a pandemic careerchange from the culinary industry. His favorite part of the job is being out inthe field, meeting customers and helping them move. And each day there is a newopportunity to do something different and stay active.
Although he may not have been with the company long, wereceive reviews time and again from customers of exemplary service for Owen andthe moving crew, like the ones below.

Our teams work through various weather conditions (when safeto do so) to help families move or make deliveries to customers. One of hismost memorable moments was delivering a hot tub while it was snowing. Workingthrough a narrow pathway through the snow, the team go the delivery done.
Coming from someone relatively new to the field, Owen hasadvice for others looking to begin in this position. It’s important to stayfocused on what you’re working on and keep motivated.
